Strict Gate Policies

Safety, discipline, and punctuality are paramount to our educational philosophy.

Gate Closure: The school gate closes strictly at 7:45 AM. All students must arrive on the school premises at least 10 minutes prior to classes.

Early Departure: Students are not allowed to leave the school before the scheduled departure times. No gate passes will be issued during school hours.

Fee Regulations

All school monthly fees must be cleared by the 10th of every calendar month to prevent late fee penalties and ensure smooth administration.

Administration & Principal's Rights

The Principal and Vice Principal reserve full authority to manage and preserve discipline in the school:

  • Right to suspend the attendance of any pupil for misconduct or irregular behavior.

  • Right to promote or detain pupils based on academic standards and unit test evaluations.

  • Right to demand the withdrawal of any pupil for proven misconduct or failure to align with rules.

Essential Guidelines for Parents

Guiding principles for parents to build a strong partnership with the school authorities.

1

Active Cooperation

Parents and guardians are requested to cooperate with the school authorities to ensure a high standard of morality and discipline, ensuring their wards are regular and punctual.

2

Teacher Meetings

Parents/Guardians cannot meet teachers during school hours without prior permission from the Principal/Vice Principal. Discussions may occur after class hours.

3

Address Updates

Any change of residential address or contact details must be notified to the school office immediately to keep records current.

4

Leave Policies

Half day's leave is not normally granted. Emergency leave requires personal requests from the guardian and a supporting written letter.

5

Regular Attendance

Students are strictly required to attend classes on all working days, building continuity in learning.

6

Security & ID Cards

Escorts of pupils in the Junior Section must carry the current Identity Card, failing which the pupil will be detained. ID cards must be renewed annually.

7

Written Complaints

All complaints, suggestions, or concerns by parents must be sent in writing to the school administration for formal review.

8

Absence Record & Leave Letters

Absence must be recorded in the designated column in the School Diary. Absences of more than 3 to 5 days due to illness must be supported with a Medical Certificate on the day of rejoining.
